An International Cybersecurity Shared service center in Prague is looking for new colleagues into Consulting team. The Cybersecurity Shared service center serves both to Deutsche Telekom AG companies round the World and to their customers/clients.
You will collaborate on the design, implementation, maintenance and tests of coherent sets of policies, processes and systems handling the security, risks and controls of several different companies of Deutsche Telekom Group.
Functionally you will become a member of the central Business Continuity, Emergency and Crisis Management Team of the Deutsche Telekom Group. This team is responsible for the implementation and development of Business Continuity, Emergency and Crisis Management methods and processes including governance structure for the whole group.
Your tasks
- Pursue and review of requirements regarding structure and processes of Business Continuity Management (BCM), Emergency and Crisis Management (ECM)
- Representing the BCM/ECM topics towards internal customers
- Steering of BCM structures in international subsidiaries including internal audits
- Development and implementation of overarching BCM and Crisis Management test concepts
- Development and performing of awareness measures and trainings
- Support of measures for coping incidents and crisis
Qualifications (must have)
- University / High school degree in Security Management / Informatics / Engineering / Economics / Cyber security / Project management or a comparable qualification
- Fluent English (spoken and written) at level guaranteeing successful presentation to C-level management.
- Information Security basics knowledge / experience
- Experience in Business Continuity Management and/or Emergency and Crisis Management especially in the setup ideally at larger enterprises
- Experience in international projects
- Teamwork, self-confidence, reliability and diplomatic skills

Qualifications (nice to have)
- BCM / ECM certifications (CBCI, CISM, ISO 22301, 27001, ...)
- Project Management certificates (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2)

- B2 or higher knowledge of German language
