What will you be responsible for?
- Work closely with the Senior Buyer on activities within the assigned commodity group.
- Build and maintain strong relationships through proactive communication with suppliers.
- Manage sourcing activities, including preparing RFQs and e-auctions, evaluating quotations, and recommending the best sourcing solutions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Engineering, Logistics, and Controlling, to ensure smooth cooperation across departments.
- Support price and cost analyses, prepare sourcing decisions, and assist with supplier negotiations.
- Prepare purchasing contracts and manage procurement-related workflows in SAP.
What will help you succeed?
- A commercial, business, or equivalent educational background.
- Previous experience in procurement, ideally within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
