What will your job involve?
- Supporting Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Answering customer questions and providing information about orders.
- Processing orders received by phone and monitoring their status.
- Ensuring smooth delivery and a positive customer experience.
What do we expect from you?
- Italian language skills at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken.
- A friendly and professional attitude.
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 17:00.
- Residence in the Czech Republic.
What do you need to work from home?
- Your own laptop with Windows 10 or newer.
- Functional and regularly updated antivirus software.
- Stable internet connection (min. 10/10 Mbit).
- A monitor with at least 14.1" and Full HD resolution.
